It is located in Kızıltaş, at a location that shows Kalkan and Kalkan Bay to its guests. The orientation of the villa faces south. Therefore, it receives maximum daylight during the day. Every detail has luxurious furnishings and modern architectural touches. It has all the equipment to meet the needs of a group of 10 people. Three of the five bedrooms have double beds and the other two have twin beds. All rooms of the villa are en-suite. Hammam, sauna, indoor and heated pool, fitness area are some of the equipment it has. Two pools have a salt water system. Central system air conditioning is used throughout the villa. 

On the ground floor there is the living room, kitchen and pool terrace.Indoor area and pool terrace are transitive. In the living room, furniture such as a corner sofa set, center table, nesting table, TV are integrated with the pleasant colors and stylish accessories used for this area. The kitchen, which is generally white and gray for its furniture, has electric kitchen utensils such as kettle, toaster, Turkish coffee machine as well as built-in appliances. A dining table for 8 people and an island kitchen counter and two bar chairs in the kitchen section complete the dining area, sufficient for the capacity.

On the pool terrace, there are twin sun loungers, four of which are lined up side by side and one of them is at the poolside. The areas with sun loungers in the infinity pool of the villa are shallow. A pleasant garden swing, dining table under the camellia, sitting group, barbecue are other elements that complete this area. In addition, on the ground floor, behind the villa, there is a winter garden surrounded by transparent materials, where you can benefit from sunlight without being exposed to the wind and read a book.

Three of the five bedrooms of the villa are located on the first floor. The first room on the east side has a sea view like the whole villa. Along with a double bed, make-up table, TV, wardrobe and dressing area, ceiling fan, an aesthetic bathtub, a wing chair, a large balcony are the elements that complete this room. The balcony in front of this room has two comfortable chairs and a coffee table.

The second room, between the east and west rooms, also has a double bed. It is possible to have uninterrupted access to the sea view both from the windows of the room and from the balcony shared with the first room. The remaining items of this room are furniture such as ceiling fan, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstands, wing chair.

On the west side of the first floor is the third and last room of this floor. This is a teen room with two single beds. Ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, TV are the belongings of this room. 

On the floor below the pool terrace is the indoor pool with heating system. Sauna, Turkish bath, fitness area and the last two rooms of the villa are the other parts that complete this floor. There are sun loungers, a sitting group and a stationary bike next to the indoor pool. There is a bar area serving this floor. A black table suitable for multiple uses such as table tennis, dining table and billiards is also one of the stylish furniture of this area. Located next to the pool, this area also acts as a corridor connecting all the sections on this floor.

To the north of the indoor pool is the fourth bedroom. In the room with a double bed, there is also an aesthetic bathtub, vanity table, wardrobe, furniture such as wing chair. The bar and fitness area are located to the east of this room, while the sauna and Turkish bath are located to the west. The last bedroom is located to the southwest of this room, right next to the indoor pool.

The last room with two single beds is the youth room. This room has a balcony. Materials such as wardrobe, tv, nightstand, make-up table are the details of the last room.
