Each bedroom on this floor has balcony space; the Master bedroom opens out on to a spacious terrace style balcony that has panoramic views over Kalamar Bay and Mouse + Snake Islands (this balcony is also shared with the adjacent bedroom, the other double, on this floor).

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and is conveniently situated only 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan village. The walk to town is mainly on the flat and there are numerous restaurants, cafes and shops within a few minutes' walking distance if you don't wish to venture into town (a Carrefour supermarket is very close by). The popular Kalamar Beach Club is a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction.
