POOL DIMENSIONSThe villa, located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, is a luxury option for 10 people. It is positioned to face southeast. It offers maximum sea and Kalkan views to its guests. The ground floor is approximately 1.5 times higher than the road in its location.
On the floor below the pool floor, there is an event area with equipment such as air hockey, billiards, table football, table tennis, treadmill and sitting group.
Continuing to climb the stairs, you will reach the ground floor, the floor where the pool is located.On the ground floor, the infinity pool welcomes you. Another pool with a smaller jacuzzi is in the form of a whole with this pool. The dining table, sun loungers, umbrella, barbecue and corner sofa set are the materials that fill the pool area. In this area where you will spend most of your time, usability is prioritized.
Other elements that make up the indoor area on the ground floor are the living room with stylish furniture and the open kitchen with an island kitchen counter.A communal toilet also serves this floor.
Three of the five available bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of the three rooms, all of which are en suites and have sea views, have double beds and the other has two single beds. All rooms have balconies. Make-up table, wardrobe, nightstand are the equipments in all rooms. One of the double bed rooms has a jacuzzi and a TV as an extra.
In the attic, there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A large terrace serves these rooms.
