The house, which has a cooling pool on the roof, has a unique character with its structure and furniture and accessory options. The holiday home, where you will live with pleasure, has the capacity to host a maximum of 6 people. The floor layout of the house is zigzag.
On the ground floor, there is a wide hallway and an en-suite master bedroom that welcomes its guests.
There is a second room with a single bed on the lower level, half a floor height from the ground floor. There is also a bathroom and toilet in this room.
The living room of this house forms the full upper floor of the master bedroom. This area, where households will spend a lot of time, is quite large and spacious.
The third room is located on the upper floor of the second room.
The upper floors of the building are composed of a beautiful viewing terrace and a cooling pool. You can enjoy the sea view from these areas.
The kitchen, where delicious meals will be prepared at home, is located on the lowest floor of the building. From the kitchen there is an exit to a terrace where you can spend time under the sky and enjoy your meal.
Important: The house is not suitable for visitors under the age of 14 and guests with mobility difficulties due to steps on each floor.
